The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Shopify and provides features including inventory management, order tracking, customer insights, and supplier coordination. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Tenpo. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service, and by doing so you grant Tenpo a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload to the Service complies with all applicable privacy laws and that you have the right to share such data with us.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tenpo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for material business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenpo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amounts you have paid to Tenpo in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
